Now both Kelly & Elaine, are accredited coaches, trainers and speakers and are on a mission to transform the lives of the 17 million sufferers & their families on a global scale. They have developed the first ever online supported recovery programme it’s called ‘The Chrysalis Effect’. It is already changing lives. Myofascial Release (MFR) is a whole-body hands-on approach to healthcare. Myofascia is a 3D network that protects, supports and provides form. It also offers a conduit for instant and continuous communication between each and every cell. When the body is injured, Myofascia binds down affecting musculoskeletal alignment, nerve, circulatory and lymphatic flow. MFR treatment allows the Myofascial network to yield and return to normal resting length, restoring function and form without force.
