As standard all items ordered from www.choicehealthmag.com within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and all BFPO addresses ) are sent via Royal Mail second class as standard. Non-UK items are sent via standard International Air Mail as standard. Please allow upto 7 days for delivery.

Import Duty

All items at present are dispatched from the UK. You may or may not be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. Such charges will be dependant upon the value of the package and where it is being delivered to. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they might be. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the buyer and not choicehealthmag.com

This page will explain what to do if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date you received the item(s) (including timeframe for raising a claim) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund as quickly as possible:

• Please include your order identification number you must provide your complete address and the month of purchase.
• In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault, return the items for a refund or dispatch of other products.
• Wrap the items in secure packaging.
• UK residents will receive a refund in the form of a cheque.
• Non-UK residents will have their credit/debit card credited.
• Please allow up to three weeks for a refund to be processed.
